I thought you were going to say that the tingling sensation you experienced was Arthur crawling all over you.

Arriving in lloret in the early 80's I got told the best pension was a place called Picasso's..........but most workers did at 1 time or another.. Experience for all!..WELCOME TO LLORET... I remember you got a free meal if you "propped" someone to stay at picassos, thats why so many people ended up there. nothing from the pricey end of the menu however, egg and chips was ok but chicken kievs were out of the question! when i arrived in Lloret first time, i was propped by a yorkshire lass who worked in the sportsman. Always wondered why she was in there 2 days later tucking into an all day breakfast

I was in LLoret in 1980, went out with a guy called Kev from Doncaster, he stayed at Picassos with Shane and Dave (I think they were his cousins?) I spent some sleepy afternoons in that room (which was surprisingly comfortable and clean!)but had to sneak past Maria to get in.
I think little Wendy, Arthur and Wendy's daughter, was about 3 or so then - I remember her cycling round the bar on a tricycle and knocking all the drunk punters flying...my god, she'll be pushing 40 now.
I was going to go back and stay at Picasso's in '81 but other stuff got in the way and I never did make it back there.
