If you walk up towards the bar now called Stones but used to be lennons..there is a bar on the right that is now a swiss bar but used to be spanish...run by a guy called Paco with a beautiful girlfriend..
some or all of the information above may be wrong as it was @84 and I was very drunk...always!

Someone i know is going to lloret soon on holiday and wants to know a good restaurant to try
Does anyone know of a place called "bar/restaurant Coconut"? in the old town of Lloret It was a speciality Alioli place where everything had loads of garlic in it.......yummy
We used to go a lot but as i havent been to Lloret recently, i'm not sure its still there, I think its on carrer vanecia, It was still there 10 years ago when i last visited lloret

I dont recognise the name so I'm sure its either closed or changed name, if your friends are staying in Lloret centre then what about the La Fusta just between the church and Gerrys bar.

Wasn't the coconut bar owned by Armando, if it is I think it is closed now but not sure

Cheers for your help. It would be a big shame if its closed. A big plate of spag bol with whole cloves of garlic was my favourite, with a dish of Alioli on the side. mmmmmmmmmmm.
I will pass on the reccomendation about La Fusta

I had the Captain Morgan and El Lion de oro (or as some new it Pepe's) that was back in 79, 80 and some of 81 when I left my ex and came back to england with my son
